About the Owner- Janell Caldwell

Janell Caldwell was born and raised in Massachusetts. As a native to Massachusetts, she created a business to retain her education and trainings she has learned to stay within the great commonwealth she loves. 


With over 15 years in the Transportation Industry as a Commercial Driver, she understands that Safety is Always First! Safety First has skillfully developed her professional career leading her to create a 3- fold mobile business that provides convenience to your industry for Drug Testing; Delivering special items as a Courier; and notarizing important documentations for your company's needs. In addition, holds accreditations as a WMBE & SDBE.

How it works

  • 1. Initial Consultation

    We assess your company’s needs to recommend the best compliance solutions.


    The request for a drug test could be for:

    • pre employment screening, 
    • random testing, 
    • or post accident testing. 

    We are mobile! Our services come to you! 


    In your request we can provide additional services of: 

    1. Transporting the specimens to the laboratory and
    2. Notarizing important documents for compliance agencies.

  • 2. Gather Information

    On the call, Phenomenal Js professionals will collect the following information: 

    1. Your Company's name and contact person. 


    2. The type of testing that is require; DOT or non- DOT. 


    Which test(s) are needed:

    • Urine Drug Testing- 5,7, or 10 panel
    • Hair Drug Testing- 90 Day Detection
    • Oral Fluid Drug Testing- 90 Day Detection
    • DOT Testing- FMSCA; USCG; FAA; FTA
    • Non-DOT Testing

    3.The number of employees (single test or group test). 


    4. Preferred time and location. 


    5. Schedule a time at the location of the business or work site where the testing will occur. 


    6. Lab account information.

  • 3. Budget Package(s)

    Phenomenal Js will confirm the appointment and provide pricing. On the call, we will explain service fees and outline the cost for our mobile drug testing services. 


    We include:

    • travel fees, 
    • lab fees, 
    • wait time after 30 minutes fee
    • after hours fee
    • and notary fees.

  • 4. Comprehensive Drug Testing

    Once Phenomenal Js is on site to collect specimens on the confirmed appointment date. We come prepared with: 


    Our drug testing equipment,


    Custody and control forms (CCFs), 


    We set up a private space for the drug test at your location, 


    We explain the procedure and collect the specimens following the standard procedure for specimen collection, verify employee identity and confirm the identity of each employee with a government issue ID. 


    We securely place each specimen in a special container and if you choose, we transport it immediately to the lab for analysis.


    The Lab will send the employer the lab results. 


    If your employees need notarizing of important documents, we will provide that additional service.


    All payments should be finalized then.



  • 5. Transactions Process

    All payments will be paid for the mobile testing services you have been provided. 


    Phenomenal Js will:  


    Invoicing the employer once the testing is complete. The invoice will include service fees, the total cost for the testing service, including any additional fees such as traveling or after hour services. Lab fees and any other fees.


    We require payment from large businesses up to 30 days after the invoice date. We offer different payment options such as invoice with NET15 or NET30 terms, credit cards or ACH transfer or check.  


    Immediate payment for smaller businesses or individual clients, immediate payment after service completion of service.


    We provide regular Check-Ins and Updates to ensure your business remains compliant.

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Phenomenal Js LLC.


By using our drug screening services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.


2. Definitions

● "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Phenomenal Js LLC.

● "Client" refers to the individual or organization requesting drug screening services.

● "Services" refers to the drug testing and related services provided by the Company.


3. Services Provided

Our services include but are not limited to:

● Drug screening and testing

● Alcohol testing

● Random drug testing programs

● Pre-employment drug testing

● Post-accident drug testing

● Return-to-duty drug testing

● Follow-up testing


4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

● Provide accurate and complete information for testing purposes.

● Ensure that all individuals to be tested are aware of and consent to the testing.

● Pay for all services rendered in accordance with the agreed pricing and payment terms.


5. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of all test results and related information. Test results will be disclosed only to authorized individuals as specified by the Client and as required by law.


6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable results, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. The Company shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the results.


7. Payment Terms

● All fees for services are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

● Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 10% per month.

● The Client is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, in the event of non-payment.


8. Cancellations and Refunds

● Services may be canceled by the Client with 2 days' notice. Cancellation fees may apply.

● Refunds are not available once testing has been completed, except in the case of errors attributable to the Company.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to the use of our services.


10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the Client's use of our services.


11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts- Hampden Country.


12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
